Ima jedna engleska agencija koja ti trazi posao za ex military veterane, i onshore i offshore, samo se ja sad nikako ne mogu sjetit kako se zove, al probaj proguglat malo ex military job opportunities ili nesto slicno. inace americke drilling firme vole zaposlit bivse marince, neznam zasto, al to je njima valjda nesto posebno, citao sam o tome i na drugim forumima.
 
Zato jer se kod njih cijeni vojska.To je kod njih normalno da vojnik koji je odradio dug drzavi dobije posao.
 
Probati cu ja bilo sto,samo da upadnem,a onda cemo probati probiti put do nekog boljeg radnog mjesta.

Inače studiram u Zadru (nautiku), pa sam si razmiÅ¡ljao da i to dodatno upiÅ¡em rekli su da će mi prihvatiti neke predmete i sve, praktički će mi ostati stručni dio za srediti.. Prema mojem miÅ¡ljenju mislim da mi ne može odmoći, a i posao bi mogao naći na viÅ¡e strana..

Sviđa mi se tema,pa bi nadoda moje miÅ¡ljenje. Kakvi god mi kao nacija bili,a mislim dosta pozitivno u smislu ljudi koju su stvarno stručnjaci u svom poslu i mnogi zaslužuju puno viÅ¡e nego ih se uopće cijeni.
Mislim da je interes za platforme i uopće offshore industriju ogroman s obzirom na broj ljudi tj državu u kojoj svi živimo.
Mislim da bi se prvotno trebao pokazat interes agenata i posrednika za ukrcaj ljudi na ovim prostorima,koji bi se naravno zauzeli za Hrvate. Å ta meni vridi kontaktirat nekog agenta iz Aberdeena ili Malte kad on u evidenciji ima možda njih tisuću za entry level pozicije,i to sve sa viÅ¡e manje svog sektora-dakle UK,Skandinavija,itd... I naravno da je i agentu a i kompaniji lakÅ¡e upravljat sa ljudima iz takvih zemalja nego sa Hrvatima koji nemaju ni A od agencije za posredniÅ¡tvo. I onda se mi jadni tu mučimo,i tramakajemo na razno razne načine,i pokuÅ¡avamo sve ono Å¡ta npr jedan UK kloÅ¡ar koji broda nije vidija-neće ni trebat radit da uopće dobije Å¡ansu.
Dakle kad se počnu na veliko rađat i nicat agencije u Hrvatskoj! Ne famozni Cosulich i ekipa,nego u Hrvatskoj,naÅ¡ čovik,naÅ¡e gore list,onda će se sigurno i vrata u offshore malo viÅ¡e otvorit. A do tada ljudi moji.. upri ka i ja. :uzdravlje
 
Istina doÅ¡la su takva vremena da moraÅ¡ gledati gdje možeÅ¡ zaraditi za normalni život, nadam se da će kroz godinu dana biti u Zadru za naftnog tehničara, kažu mi nekolicina ljudi ma ne treba ti za platformu tako Å¡ta, bezveze bacas novce.. Ali zaÅ¡to ne, barem neÅ¡to naučiÅ¡ makar teoretski
